Payment in the form of credit card is due at the time of your session.
At this time we are not accepting cash or check payments.
Therapy sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $75 fee.
Testing appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $150 fee.
